Read below to get all the details you need to request a commission and to see if you're in the right place

Terms of Service

✦ Commission requests are made via the request form on Google Forms

II. PROCESS
✦ I will email or message the client upon approval of their request.
✦ Work-in-progress pictures of the commission will be regularly sent to the client for any revisions/adjustments to be made.
✦ Once the client approves of the completed commission by sending a photo of their handwritten approval and signature (ex. below), it will be delivered in full resolution via email.

III. REVISIONS
✦ The commission request cannot be changed upon agreement and payment.
✦ A maximum of 5 revisions are given during the sketch phase, free of charge.
✦ A maximum of 3 revisions are given after the approved sketch, resulting in fees proportional to the additional workload.
✦ No revisions will be made once the commission is accepted by the client as complete.

IV. PAYMENT
✦ Payments are made via PayPal Invoice or Etsy in USD; you do not need a PayPal account to pay the invoice.
✦ Most commissions must be paid in full up front.
✦ If the final price is above $100, I accept payment in installments: Half of the final price will be paid upfront, and the rest will be paid once the commission is completed. If the client orders from Etsy, partial payment is not allowed.
✦ I reserve the right to tweak price quotes based on the complexity of your commission request.
✦ Payment must be made for me to begin the commissioned artwork.

V. CANCELLATION + REFUND
✦ The client has the right to cancel the commission at any time.
✦ No refunds will be issued after the approved sketch.
✦ I reserve the right to cancel the commission at any time, resulting in a full refund to the client.

VI. USAGE
✦ All commissioned artwork is for personal use only and cannot be resold, used for commercial purposes, minted as NFTs, or used to train AI.
✦ The client cannot remove my signature nor alter the commissioned artwork to claim it as their own creation.
✦ I must be credited if the commissioned artwork is displayed online or for the public eye.
✦ I partially reserve the right to include the commissioned artwork in my portfolio or on my social media, unless the client explicitly states not to.

Prices are based on workload, complexity, and time. Calculated using my area's minimum wage.

Portrait

Abstract Realism
Depicting a character from above the hips
+ Simple Background

Figure

Abstract (Semi) Realism
Depicting a full figure character, or a dynamic posing character

Illustration

Mix
Depicting a semi-realistic character in a rendered environment, or a scene

Additional Character

An extra character who is clearly visible in the frame with the main subject. Silhouettes or humanoid shapes do not count.
Maximum number of characters: 5

Other Entities

This category acts as a complexity fee. Props, weapons, dolls, ghosts, creatures, animals, etc. Each entity is not priced individually; they're collectively calculated by the amount of time it takes to draw. Silhouettes or tiny depictions that are too small to notice do not count.

Revisions

Significant and time-consuming changes to the artwork that can be requested each time I show a WIP. Small changes, such as color change, do not count.During the sketch phase, requested major changes are free of charge.
Maximum sketch revisions: 5After the approved sketch, the requested major changes cost up to +5% of the original price relative to the workload.

When you're done...

Once I look over your request, I will message you with approval. It may take a few days for it to be sent out because of my schedule as a student. Please be ready to contact me via your preferred method of contact within 7 days after the message of approval is sent. If you haven't contacted me by then, I will send the message one more time in case you didn't see it the first time. After that, your commission will be cancelled if you don't respond. You may submit another commission request if your first one got cancelled or denied, unless the queue is already full. Please don't submit multiple at once.Happy to illustrate for you!
